Living near Archer road has been the absolute worst part as you hear every single car and ambulance that goes by. And it is never ending. Also can hear the neighbors above us every single day, but there is nothing we can do further about it.

The Bartram is by far the best place there is to live in Gainesville. It is in the perfect location and central to so many great things. The Bartram has a beautiful property and is managed amazingly! There are so many amenities offered and also events that they host for residents. It is safe and beautiful. Garage parking was a huge bonus!
This property has become my home away from my South Florida home. Dental school would not be the same without this amazing place!

The staff, the amenities, the gorgeous, spacious apartments, and all of the extras make the Bartram HOME. We are so fortunate to have found this gem. Absolutely love living here.

I just want to say thank you to all of the staff of the Bartram for all that you do for the residents. Every Friday there is a breakfast of some sort, any time there is an issue we are notified of the issue immediately and the problem is rectified as expediently as possible, and requests are completed immediately. Today we had our scheduled maintenance visit and the guys were the best. So kind and friendly, worked fast, asked if we had any problems. The Bartram is the best place to live and I am so thankful for all of you. I am so glad we live here.

Awesome place to live due to its convenience to UF and its wonderful dog park and dog wash! It's expensive but when I compared against other properties and realized Bartram includes cable, internet and garage parking, it became a better value and its proximity to UF was the final kicker. Glad I chose to live here.

Throughout our tour she politely addressed questions and when doubtful she didn’t hesitate to say “you know I’m not sure let’s check with my manager.” We laughed and spoke of the community at Bartram.
