Apply to the WAITLIST of your desired floor plan and submit the required proof of income to [email protected] If you have a roommate, all roommates must apply together. Screening will not be completed until all applicants have submitted their proof of income.
Upon screening approval you will be sent a Waitlist Agreement for electronic signature. Once signed & submitted the $500 waitlist fee is charged to your account & must be paid within 72 hours.
Applicants are not placed on the waitlist until these requirements have been met. The $500 fee is placed towards your security deposit when a lease is signed and is refunded if no unit becomes available for your needed time. A partial refund of $300 is given if you opt to be removed from the waitlist.
Wait listed applicants who have completed the process are contacted as their desired floor plans become available.
